Description
List of categorised municipal roads in the municipality of Kočevje.
Municipal roads are categorised as local roads and public roads. Local roads are roads intended to connect settlements in the Municipality of Kočevje with settlements in neighbouring municipalities, settlements or parts of settlements in the Municipality of Kočevje and roads relevant for connecting traffic to roads of the same or higher category; public paths are intended to connect settlements or parts of settlements in the Municipality of Kočevje and do not meet the prescribed criteria for a local road or are intended only for certain types of road users (local roads and paths, village roads and paths, paths for pedestrians, cyclists, horse riders, gonjačes, etc.).
Local roads in Kočevje with a street system are classified into the following subcategories:
— on collective local roads intended to collect and link traffic flows from individual areas of the city of Kočevje to roads of the same or higher category;
— on local roads, which, as a continuation of higher-category roads, are intended for access to completed spatial units (residential neighbourhoods of block and individual construction, industrial zones, shopping and recreation centres, etc.) in individual areas of the town of Kočevje with a street system introduced.
