List of providers of the social inclusion programme
Description
Social inclusion programmes are social programmes aimed at supporting and maintaining disabled working skills in which persons with disabilities are included, where, after completion of the employment rehabilitation, it has been established that despite their disability they are not employable, which the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia establishes by a decision on employability after completion of the employment rehabilitation, category I disabled persons with a decision of the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia without the right to an invalidity pension under the law governing pension and disability insurance and persons with disabilities in physical and mental development who do not have the possibility of being included in the relevant social security services, and can be included in social inclusion programmes provided by providers selected in the public tender. As a general rule, contractors shall be selected by invitation to tender for a period of four years.
