Description
Strategic Direction 2023 (SD23) is the City’s five-year plan and outlines imperatives to advance equitable outcomes across Austin. Utilizing an outcome-based approach to setting priorities and budgeting, SD23 enables the City to proactively address multiple time horizons, more thoughtfully assess performance, and improve community outcomes.
