Research in large companies: the Programme Contracts

Description

The programme contracts concern investment programmes promoted by large companies also in association with SMEs. This instrument aims to strengthen the competitiveness and attractiveness of the territories, together with the increase in employment levels. The investment programmes promoted concern industrial projects for eligible expenditure and costs between EUR 10 and 100 million. Eligible investments are those in expenditure on ‘tangible assets’ and/or in research and development. The latter are only those in industrial research and experimental development; industrial projects promoted by more than one large enterprise are not eligible. (Action 1.1.1 ERDF OP 2007-2013).
