This layer includes 9 annotation features for the county labels for the San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvment Fund (SFBWQIF) area of interest
These features are incorporated in the San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund Story Map, an interactive series of maps and QlikSense graphics highlighting the competitive grant program which supports projects to protect and restore San Francisco Bay.
