The survey will measure to what extent citizens feel that the information society is relevant to their daily life, to what extent they feel it is a positive or negative influence and to what extent they feel that they are participating directly or indirec
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
- Volume C: Country/socio-demographics
