Description

For this survey in 2004, 24,867 citizens of the 25 European Union Member States were questioned between 27 October and 27 November 2004. The survey deals with eight services of general interest: ♦ Mobile telephone services ♦ Fixed telephone services ♦ Electricity supply services ♦ Gas supply services4 ♦ Water supply services ♦ Postal services ♦ Transport services within towns/cities ♦ Rail services between towns/cities In addition, this report successively analyses the following points: 1. Access to services of general interest 2. Usage of services of general interest 3. The price of services of general interest 4. The quality of services of general interest 5.
