Description
The interviews were conducted between the 20/10/2003 and the 05/11/2003. Both reports 150 (The quality of services) and 150b (eating a unique number for blocking credit cards) are drafted based on the volumes called "FL 150".
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
- Volume C: Country/socio-demographics
