Description
Modernising public administration has been highlighted as a priority for reform in the Annual Growth Survey, and country specific recommendations in this area were issued as part of the European Semester of economic governance. In this context, as part of the drive to improve public administration across Member States, a public administration scoreboard was published as part of the Member States’ Competitiveness report in September 2014.
Following on from the publication of this report and scoreboard, the Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) commissioned this survey to investigate the experiences of companies across the EU in their interactions with public administration.
The results by volumes are distributed as follows:
- Volume A: Countries
- Volume AA: Groups of countries
- Volume A' (AP): Trends
- Volume AA' (AAP): Trends of groups of countries
- Volume B: EU/socio-demographics
- Volume B' (BP) : Trends of EU/ socio-demographics
- Volume C: Country/socio-demographics
