This is a Rosetta Radio Science data set, collected during the PRELANDING phase 2014-01-21 to 2014-11-18. It is a Global Gravity measurement at the comet 67P and covers the time 2014-10-12T12:29:59.000 to 2014-10-12T15:19:16.000.
