This is a Rosetta Radio Science data set, collected during the PRELANDING phase 2014-01-21 to 2014-11-18. It is a Global Gravity measurement at the comet 67P and covers the time 2014-09-17T17:01:03.000 to 2014-09-18T03:42:45.000.
