The climate is changing. Precipitation, flooding, and extreme heat are on the rise in the District.
As we gather more insights into how climate change is already affecting the District and revisit the scientific projections for the future, we’re getting smarter about how to confront this new normal. DOEE and HSEMA are partnering to revise the initiatives in Climate Ready DC and Resilient DC's Climate Action Chapter to ensure all people who live, work, and play in the District can thrive in the face of change.
