Description
This web application provides information on existing residential associations in Tempe. Residential associations encompass both homeowner associations (HOA) and neighborhood associations (NA). Neighborhood associations are a voluntary organization of residents and/or property owners who work together to support or organize activities within their neighborhood. Homeowners Associations are legal entities that consist of property owners who maintain community common areas and oversee the management of the community. In addition to residential associations there is also several affiliate associations that are also displayed within the application.
