Description

IBTCI, an independent third-party evaluation firm, has been contracted by the USAID Global Development Lab to conduct a midterm evaluation of the Research Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) to assess the effectiveness of program interventions to date and to strengthen future program interventions. The data presented was extracted from a 32-question survey assessing different areas including network building, leveraging technical expertise of the higher education community, evaluation and recommendations.
