Report Card Recently Arrived English Learners
Description
This file contains counts of recently arrived English Learners by school, district, and state levels from the 2014-15 school year to the most recent school year available. Recently arrived English learners can skip one administration of state ELA testing in their first 12 months in US schools, but must take state tests in math and science.
