Rules of Procedure of CGDIS
Description
This document constitutes the internal rules of the CGDIS of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 27 March 2018.
It provides for the provisions applicable to the operation of CGDIS in addition or in detail to the legislative texts and the operational regulation.
It also specifies the general functioning of the public establishment, lays down provisions relating to CGDIS staff, training arrangements, general rules and provisions on the pure administration of CGDIS.
