Description
HM Land Registry Registered Leases data contains entries made in the Title Register that record key details from lease documents. A lease is a contract whereby a landlord grants possession of land to a tenant for a specified period of time. Any granted in excess of 7 years must be registered with HM Land Registry. The Registered Leases dataset comprises a range of data elements relating to leasehold entries including the date and term of the lease
