Register of personal data collections
Description
In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 in conjunction with the provisions of Articles 26 and 27 of the ZVOP-1, the Information Commissioner, as the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, keeps a register of personal data collections on his website. The register contains information on which personal data collections are kept by personal data controllers, i.e. descriptions of the personal data collections entered into the register by the controllers of the personal data collections (you can see the example of the Information Commissioner). The register therefore does not contain personal data, but rather information about who collects certain personal data about individuals.
