Register of sources of radiation in health and veterinary
Description
The register of radiation sources shall consist of a record of the sources of radiation entered in the register and of the radiation sources for which authorisation to use has been granted, and the associated document collection The Register of Radiation Sources shall contain the information contained in the documents, and in particular:
— name and seat or name and address of the user of the radiation source
— description of the radiation source
— conditions for the use of a radiation source,
— data on the geolocation of the radiation source
— information on the notification of intent
— information on the granting of authorisation to carry out radiation activities
— details of entry in the register of radiation sources
— information on the granting of authorisation to use a radiation source.
