Register of approved pension schemes
Description
The register of pension schemes is kept by the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.
The proposal for entry in the register shall be submitted by the supplementary pension provider.
On the basis of the registration of the pension scheme, employers and insured persons are entitled to tax relief.
Article 3 ZPIZ-2:
(1) If the applicant submits an application to the tax authority for entry in the register of several pension schemes, the form shall be completed for each pension scheme separately.
(2) In the PN-U1 form, the following shall be entered:
1. the designation of the pension scheme determined by the administrator itself,
2. Data on the pension fund:
— mutual pension fund referred to in Article 295 of the Pension and Disability Insurance Act (UL RS Nos 96/12, 39/13, 99/13 — ZSVarPre-C and 101/13 — ZIPRS1415; hereinafter referred to as: ZPIZ-2),
— the umbrella pension fund referred to in Article 296 ZPIZ-2,
— the cover pool referred to in Article 323 ZPIZ-2,
— the group of cover funds referred to in Article 323(4) and (8) of the ZPIZ-2;
3. Data on the operator:
— mutual pension fund and umbrella pension fund referred to in Article 297 ZPIZ-2,
— the cover pool and groups of cover funds referred to in Article 323 ZPIZ-2.
(3) The PN-D2 form shall include the data on the pension scheme and the employer referred to in Article 233 ZPIZ-2.
(4) The PN-IR form shall include data on the pension scheme for the payment of a pension annuity and on the pension annuity payer referred to in the first paragraph of Article 348 of the ZPIZ-2.
