Register of establishments — reporting quantities of olive oil and table olives
Description
Mills registered in the Register of Plants report to the MAFF the quantity of olive fruit processed and the quantity of olive oil obtained. The notification shall be made on an annual basis at the time of the olive harvesting until the fifth day of the month for the quantities processed or obtained during the preceding month.
It shall be reported for the months of October, November and December; quantity of olives processed (kg) and olive oil obtained (kg).
The purpose of the communication is to obtain an estimate of olive oil production per month and per year, which Slovenia must report monthly to the European Commission.
