Eema — Electronic Register of International Acts

Description

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall keep and record existing international treaties and other international acts. The Ministry for individual treaties and other international acts keeps the following data on international acts (data depends on whether it is a contractual or non-contractual international act): — bilateral acts: title of the Act, place and date of signature, details of ratification (act and date of ratification in the Republic of Slovenia), Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia in which it is published, date of notifications, entry into force, expected duration, notice period, No. of Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia in which notice of entry into force is published, possible expiry, information on possible succession, data on possible registration with the United Nations; — multilateral acts: place and date of signature and entry into force for an international treaty (general information for an international act), data on ratification (act and date of ratification in the Republic of Slovenia), place and date of signature and entry into force for the Republic of Slovenia, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia in which the act is published, date of deposit of the instrument of ratification or accession of the Republic of Slovenia, anticipated duration, notice period, No. of Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia in which notice of entry into force is published, possible termination of validity, information on possible succession, data on possible registration with the United Nations.
