Register of issued energy performance certificates of buildings
Description
For an individual building or part of a building, it is possible to obtain information about the energy performance certificate issued in the e-Register of real estate. The register of energy performance certificates is kept by the ministry responsible for energy. The register contains information about the building or part of the building, data from the energy performance certificate and information about the manufacturer of the certificate.
The energy performance certificate of a building is a document with information on the energy performance of a building and with recommendations for increasing energy efficiency. It is a measure aimed at improving the information of the consumer, i.e. the one who wants to buy or rent a building or apartment. The building is a consumer of energy, so it makes sense to check how energy-saving or wasteful it is before deciding to buy or rent.
