Description
Beneficiaries with vested right to housing by renting a state-owned housing unit in accordance with Article 7(1). Residential Care Act in assisted areas (NN No: 106/18 and 98/19), that is to say, in accordance with the previous legal basis, Article 8(1)(1) and (2). The Act on the Areas of Special State Care (NN No: 86/08,57/11,51A/13,148/13,76/14,147/14 and 18/15), and the Decree determining the status of former tenancy rights holders and members of their families and the conditions and procedure for their housing care (NN No: 133/13).
