Register of representative offices of foreign persons in Croatia
Description
Representations of foreign persons in the Republic of Croatia are registered in the Register of Representations on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the conditions for the establishment and operation of representative offices of foreign persons in the Republic of Croatia (NN No 21/09). This Regulation was adopted on the basis of Article 52(6). Trade Act (NN Nos 87/2008, 96/2008, 116/2008, 114/2011, 68/2013 and 30/2014).
