Register of cultural goods of the Republic of Croatia
Description
The Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, on the basis of expert evaluation, the Ministry of Culture issues a decision determining the property of a cultural asset. The decision determining the property of an immovable cultural object shall necessarily determine the spatial boundaries of the cultural object to be protected and shall be submitted to the competent cadastre and court for notation in the land register. Depending on its importance, the cultural heritage is entered in the List of Protected Cultural Property (individual, cultural historical entity and cultural landscape) or in the List of Cultural Property of National Importance.
