Register of Aquaculture Licences
Description
In accordance with Article 10(7). The Aquaculture Act (NN Nos 130/17, 111/18 and 144/20) The Ministry of Agriculture maintains a register of aquaculture permits which, in accordance with paragraph 8 of that article, is published on its website. The content and manner of keeping the Register are laid down in the Rules on Aquaculture Licensing (NN No 17/18).
