Description
The Register of voters is a collection of personal data on all voters who are Croatian citizens residing in the Republic of Croatia, Croatian citizens who do not reside in the Republic of Croatia and nationals of other Member States of the European Union who exercise their right to vote in the Republic of Croatia. The register consists of a register of voters of Croatian citizens residing in the Republic of Croatia, a register of voters of Croatian citizens not residing in the Republic of Croatia and a register of voters of other Member States of the European Union exercising their right to vote in the Republic of Croatia.
The register of voters is kept ex officio for each city or municipality. The competent administrative authority of the county or the City of Zagreb shall keep part of the electoral register for the area for which it is established as a entrusted task of the state administration.
