Joint Quarterly Narrative Performance Report (ETA-9179) is used to collect qualitative information on grantee efforts, challenges, and outcomes. The ETA-9179 allows grantees to provide a detailed account of all activities undertaken during the quarter including in-depth information on accomplishments, promising approaches, progress toward performance outcomes, and upcoming grant activities.
