Raw metabarcoding reads from Dall sheep feces
Description
Raw DNA sequence reads of ITS (for fungi) and rbcL (for plants) metabarcoding assays of Dall sheep feces to determine Dall sheep diet. DNA extraction through sequencing steps were performed by Jonah Ventures (Boulder, Colorado).
