Description
The two excel files provide zooplankton and benthic macroinvertebrate data, respectively, underlying the publication. The data consist of sample by taxa matrices for Isle Royale in 2012, Apostle Islands in 2017, Lake Superior CSMI in 2016, and Lake Superior NCCA in 2015.
