Rapid Geomorphic Assessment Data from the Little Fork River Basin, Minnesota
Description
This dataset contains the results of rapid geomorphic assessments (RGA) collected at 46 sites as part of a broader geochemical fingerprinting study examining apportionments of upland sources of sediment and sediment-bound phosphorus. RGA data was collected at each of the 46 sites in July-August 2021 and follow-up assessment data was collected September 2022 at two of the original sites. Included in the dataset are 13 comma separated values (.csv) files describing geomorphic and habitat field data, observations of erosion and soft sediment deposition, and calculated estimates of annual erosion and soft sediment deposition for each site to be used in the development of a sediment budget for the Little Fork River basin in northern Minnesota.
