3rd Rail Market Monitoring
Description
On 21 August 2012, the European Commission adopted the third Report to the Council and the European Parliament on monitoring development of the rail market COM(2012)0459 .
The Report is accompanied by a Commission Staff Working Document SWD(2012)246 final/2 [516 KB] presenting a number of quantitative data on the development of rail market in individual Member States and the EU as a whole.
