Description
Watercourses affected by the landscape restriction entered in the lists of public waters pursuant to Article 142(1)(c) of Legislative Decree No 42/2004, updated with the consequential amendments to Legislative Decree No 42/2004. No 1496 of 31 July 2012 and Decree No 1638 of 17/9/2013. The watercourses are divided into ‘affected by the landscape constraint’, ‘excluded from the landscape constraint’ and ‘partially affected by the landscape constraint’.
