Description
Heliareas are defined as base base of departure all those helisurfaces managed, in accordance with the aeronautical regulations in force, from which take-off is carried out to reach the heli-surfaces of installation at height. For the use of the basic heliareas, it is necessary to declare the consent of the owners for the availability of the areas concerned, as well as the inclusion of the heliareas within the authorised cartography, as defined in point 1.2.The basic areas are generally located in the municipalities that manage the areas of eliski, but may also be carried out in other municipalities, subject to agreement between the managing municipality and the municipality outside the area, in compliance with the provisions of Article 2 of Regional Law 15/1988 and the applicable urban regulations.
