Inedificable areas art.41 — Side streams of respect
Description
Unbreakable areas of regional law 11/98 art.41 — band of inedificability equal to 10 meters from the natural banks of the lateral streams (made with a “buffer” of 15 meters to include the actual seat of the main and secondary hydrography represented in SCT with single line) — a limit of 10 meters only indicative, in order to verify the possibility of carrying out interventions in the vicinity of these bands it is necessary to provide for a timely check.
