Unbreakable areas of regional law 11/98 art.41 — band of inedificability equal to 10 meters from the natural shores of Dora Baltea (from orthophoto 2012) — band of respect of 10 meters only indicative, in order to verify the possibility of carrying out interventions in the vicinity of these bands it is necessary to carry out a timely check.
