Application — Public Dams
Description
Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree No 50 of 7 March 2008 (Rules implementing the Special Statute of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta/Vallée d’Aoste on dams), which transferred to the Region the technical and administrative functions relating to dams which do not exceed 15 metres in height and which lead to an overrun of less than 1 000 000 cubic metres, Regional Law No 13 of 29 March 2010 on ‘Provisions on retention barriers and associated catchment areas of regional competence’ was approved.
