Description
Territorial representation of the noise bands relevant to railway infrastructure and surface metropolitan lines referred to in Article 2 of Presidential Decree No 459 of 18.11.1998).SCOPO: identify the noise range for the various types of railways for which Decree No 459 of 18 November 1998 lays down the absolute limit values for the emission of noise produced by the infrastructure depending on whether it is newly built with a design speed of more than 200 km/h (Article 4) or existing and newly built with a design speed not exceeding 200 km/h (Article 5).
