WebGIS consultation service of the AREE protected FOR LAW Article 142(1) of Legislative Decree No 42/2004, as amended.
In view of the non-exhaustive nature of the BB.PP databases (Articles 136 and 142 of Legislative Decree No 42/2004) in relation to the actual constraints situation, the variability of the degree of positional accuracy of the boundaries of constraint in relation to what is determined by official rules and measures, and the particular problems relating to the correct perimeter of the areas protected by law, the contents of the WebGIS application are merely informative and reconnaissance, without attribution of certification value.
