Description
These areas are identified in accordance with Article 53comma1 of DPGR 48/R/2017, which specifies that the regional hunting wildlife plan shall identify the areas in which the fixed or complementary locations referred to in Article 56 can be placed. The regional hunting wildlife plan may also be limited for particular territories in the number and type of permitted fixed sites. This dataset identifies the areas where new placements cannot be placed and therefore identifies the areas where they can be placed as indicated by the legislation.
