Tuscany Region - Archaeological Cultural Heritage
Description
Census of archaeological cultural heritage, launched in 2004 in implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage and Activities for the Region of Tuscany and the Region of Tuscany, signed on 30 April 2004. The census is not to be understood as exhaustive as the intangible cultural heritage declared to be of interest pursuant to Article 10(1) of Legislative Decree No 42 of 22 January 2004, as amended, identified by decrees shared by the Ministry of Culture, is archived, since it does not include the assets still lacking an explicit protection measure, including cultural immovable property subject to the protection provisions pursuant to Article 12 of the Code, which have not been the subject of the cultural interest verification procedure. The database is still in the process of verification and validation and is therefore to be considered as an informative and informative tool of first instance. The attestation proving the existence of the bond is issued by the competent Superintendence.
