Soil Use Card in scale 1:25,000 (polygonal elements) — 2008
Description
Polygonal elements of the 2008 Soil Usage Card. Polygonals are elements of land use with a width of more than 25 m. This figure was achieved following the update of the land use map carried out in 2003. In the first half of 2009 it was subject to some improvements and a new version was produced since the 2008 edition. It is related to land use, divided into legend classes (Corine Land Cover), for the polygons of the areas represented; it also contains linear thematic strata of the roadway and hydrography. The legend, hierarchically organised according to the detailed classification of the five categories CORINE Land Cover up to 5 levels, has changed from the previous version in 2003. For the development and updating of the land use map of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, it was based on the following materials: images Ikonos 2005-06, CTRN10k, place names, various data published on institutional thematic sites.
