Description
PPR Environmental Asset — Landscape assets pursuant to Article 143 of Legislative Decree No 42/04 and subsequent amendments pointing to natural caves or cavities of natural underground development of more than 5 linear metres (as defined in Article 2(1)(a) of Law No 4 of 7 August 2007) in a natural state of conservation and not equipped for tourist use, and caves equipped for tourist use. Caves and caves are a landscape asset (Art. 17 paragraph 3 letter and N.T.A. PPR).
