Description
It describes the area, part of an engraved riverbed, with the presence of water, detected at the time of photorestitution. The surface of permanent islands shall be excluded from the surface of the wetted area containing them. See: Example of Wet Area The ''Wet Area'' must have characteristics of continuity even in the presence of artifacts that overpass it, and must be closed by a fictitious section at: - of the confluence of a watercourse: - in another stream - in a body of water - in an artificial reservoir - of the intersection with the sea coast line See: Example of wet area of confluent waterways
