Description
A constructed body is one that: - it does not present a solution of continuity - it has a single type of building - it can have several categories of use - it has a given state of conservation - it can possibly be underground The building is associated with one or more Volumetric Units (if they have been provided) and its spatial attribute of footprint on the ground must contain the component Volumetric Units. It is a partition of a Cassone Edilizio and, in the presence of an urban fabric composed mainly of large buildings (as for example in the historic centers or in the eight/nineteenth century districts) it is identified through evident ''architectural variation'' or, in homogeneous structures, by evident elements of the facade (different color, etc.) or, subordinately, by architectural dividers. See: Partition of a Building Box in Buildings and corresponding Volumetric Units The cadastral dividers can contribute to the definition of the building, if it is not sufficient to use the above indications.
