Description
Consultation of the documentation, lists and cartographic components relating to the landscape authorisation as established since Law 1497 of 1939, which is now regulated by the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape (Legislative Decree 42/2004). This aims to verify the compliance of the transformation interventions of buildings and areas subject to landscape protection with the requirements contained in the landscape plans and in the measures for the declaration of public interest and to verify their compatibility with landscape values and with the aim of protecting and improving the quality of the landscape.
