Ppr - Tav. P2.0 Landscape Heritage (Joining Framework 1:250000)

Description

Table P2.0 "Landscape assets" (Union framework in scale 1:250,000) shows the landscape assets in the regional territory protected under Articles 136, 142 and 157 of the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape. The Union Framework is accompanied by 6 other detailed tables in 1:100,000 scale, while the assets referred to in Article 136 of the Code have also been represented in the Catalogue of Landscape Assets at a scale that allows their precise identification.In Table P2, the landscape assets referred to in Article 142 have been represented on the basis of current knowledge; in particular for certain types of assets, appropriate identification criteria have been defined, shared with the Ministry, on the basis of which water bodies, lakes and areas of archaeological interest have been represented.The representation of landscape assets constitutes a reference for the application of the specific rules laid down by the implementing rules in application of the Code.With reference to the landscape assets, represented in this table and in the Catalogue, it should be noted that the contents of the Regional Landscape Plan may be modified or supplemented following the establishment of new assets or the correction of any material errors. The documents and data will be updated periodically (therefore this table is the updated version compared to the approved one), but it is still suggested to consult the summary table of the changes made after the approval, which can be downloaded from the regional site.It is recalled that the QGis project of the P2 table currently downloadable does not contain the shape "g) forests and woods", since the most updated data of the woods must be downloaded from the Geoportal under "Forest Map (2016 edition)". It should also be noted that, compared to this table, the Geoportal contains the most up-to-date data on municipal boundaries, as well as protected areas and contiguous areas.
