Projects subject to Environmental Impact Assessment and Impact Assessment (SIVIA)

Description

The data exposed in the dataset are extracted from the SIVIA system (EIA Information System). The geometric data represented in this service is a synthesis geometry and is therefore to be considered only indicative of the area in which the project falls. The synthetic area geometries were obtained through a buffer of 50 meters for the geometric data of a punctual and linear type, while for the area-type geometries the detail geometries were used. For detailed geometries, please refer to the appropriate WMS/WFS service: 'Environmental Impact Assessment - Detailed Geometries (SIVIA)' in which the geometric data of the georeferencing of the projects submitted to the EIA procedures of regional, provincial and state competence were included, in accordance with Legislative Decree 152/2006 and Regional Law 40/1998. In relation to the design features, the representation was made through areas (interventions on extended territorial portions), lines (tracks, roads or tracks) and points (interventions on limited territorial portions); the data is provided by the competent authorities of the EIA procedures, i.e. the Piedmont Region and the Piedmont provinces.
