PPR — macro-ambitious landscape (tav. P6)
Description
The data, range, perimeter, based on the aggregation of the PPR landscape areas, the macroambits, which divide Piedmont not only because of its geographical characteristics, but also in the light of the perceptive components that allow the identification of real landscapes with their own identity. These macro-ambits include the Alpine landscape of northern Piedmont and Ossola, the Walser alpine landscape, the Franco-Provençal Alpine landscape, the Occitan alpine landscape, the Apennine landscape, the hilly landscape, the landscape of the arable land plain, the landscape of the rice plain, the foothill landscape and the urbanised landscape of the plain and the hill of Turin, which, together with the high altitude alpine landscape dataset and river and lake landscape, form the 12 total macro-ambitium of Piedmont
